John Thompson Gaspe Quebec

James Thompson:
 Hi i am looking for informashion on John Thompson who was born in the new york and moved to Gaspe Quebec, Newcarlie to be exact.  he is presumed that he was born around 1780, he married a Margaret gallon around 1805.
 Any info on him would be a great help.

that talks about John Thompson and Margaret Gallon and John's brother William
They are from New York around the time you mention.

They didn't list children though.  I will keep playing around with this lovely internet.

Hi Paula.
 thanks for the info. I know the auther of that site. he and i are both at the same spot in our family tree puzzle.
 what i am trying to find out is proof of who Johns Father was
