My name is George Steven Thompson (I am known by Steve).
I am descended thru William Thompson 1375 Dunbarton, Scotland.
My family originally came to America and settled in THOMPSON Valley, Va.

I was boen in Parkersburg, Wood, WVa 26 nov 1947.
I am married with 3 children (2 boys 1 girl) and 8 Grandchildren (1 girl 7 boys)
I am retired from the State of Ohio (Marietta - ODOT)  and am awaiting my 1st Soc. Sec. check this month. Yea !!!

Other than that, I recently (Oct 2009) moved to Summerville, SC (NO SNOW ) !!!

Hey, George! Good to meet an ancestral local...my kin was in Tazewell, just up the way from Thompson Valley! My trail goes cold early, but maybe our lines cross somewhere back there.
