I think Booner has a list of Colorado members, we'll have to check and see if we could e-mail them to find out if they're interested. I've also put up a poll on the board so people here can indicate their interest.

It takes 30% of the registered membership voting (can be by proxy) and 5 directors (2 of which can be by proxy) per our Bylaws
