the series for kids-magic roundabout- was based on books written by/ directed and produced by/ narrated by= THE SCOT; ERIC THOMPSON. now passed on sadly . he was however a proud scot and if you lok at the original books they have strong scots flavour including the dog dougal who wears a tam o shanter
